What stays confidential

Your company name as our client, your pricing, your strategy, your product details, your internal documents and anything you share with us in confidence. We do not disclose these to anyone, during the engagement or after it, unless you agree in writing or the law requires it.

What you receive

Full details of every meeting we book for you: the person, their role, their contact details and what they told us. Weekly reports in the first month and every two weeks after that.

For an additional fee, you also receive a full export of the target list and every contact note and outcome, delivered into your CRM.

What Astra keeps

Astra keeps the business contact and market information it gathers while working, such as company names, business contacts, buying stage and general market feedback. We may use it in other work, including for companies that sell to the same buyers. When we do, we never reveal who you are.

Direct competitors

We never work for your direct competitor at the same time as you. A direct competitor is a company selling a product in the same category, to the same type of buyer, in the same market. Suppliers of related or complementary products are not direct competitors. Before any engagement starts, we check our client list and confirm there is no conflict.

Call recordings

Calls are recorded only with notice to the person being called. Buyer responses are included in every engagement. Full recordings, including our questions, are an optional add on. Recordings are kept for the length of the engagement plus 90 days unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Privacy law

We follow Canada's privacy and anti spam laws, including CASL for commercial email and the Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules for calls. Business contact information used for business purposes is treated differently from personal information under Canadian privacy law. Anyone who asks not to be contacted again is removed across every channel.
